Professional Engineer - Structural

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structural Professional Engineer to join our client, a leader in transportation infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work on both permanent and temporary structures that shape the future of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze permanent structures, including bridges, sign foundations, and retaining walls.
• Develop temporary structures such as formwork, falsework, fall protection systems, and temporary bridges.
• Provide on-site design engineering support and inspections to ensure the safety and stability of structures.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and ensure the timely completion of projects.
• Assist with value engineering proposals, material submittals, and project log updates.
• Utilize cutting-edge design software, including 3D CAD and DatuBIM, to enhance project execution.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of structural mechanics and engineering design codes.
• Familiarity with design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, RISA-3D, MathCAD, or SkyCiv.
• Ability to obtain PE licensure after meeting experience and testing requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
