Marketing Coordinator
Gessner Engineering is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator. This role combines creativity and collaboration while driving impactful marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Proposal Development : Manages and prepares responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and other client solicitations.
- Marketing Collateral Development and Maintenance : Write, edit, and distribute marketing materials and maintain marketing libraries to ensure content is updated, relevant and easily accessible for firm use.
- Brand and Content Management : maintain consistency in branding across all marketing materials.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing : Develop and maintain the company’s social media presence, track engagement, and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and conversions.
- Website & SEO Management : Update and optimize the company website for search engine visibility, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand goals.
- Business Development Support : Maintain marketing databases, assist with client research, and support business development efforts through strategic planning and relationship management.
- Event Coordination : Plan and coordinate promotional activities and special events to showcase Gessner Engineering’s expertise and enhance client relationships.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work with cross-functional teams, consultants, and external vendors to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
