What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as the go-to liaison between customers and internal teams (shipping, planning, quality, etc.)
Monitor and update customer portals to ensure 100% logistics compliance
Review and manage customer orders, shipping schedules, and sales forecasts
Analyze & track EDI data daily to prevent shortages and disruptions
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively while developing action plans
Ensure all deliveries meet customer logistics metrics and performance targets
Manage expedited freight approvals and tracking, ensuring cost-effectiveness
Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, process optimizations, cross-training)
Be an after-hours contact for urgent customer needs when required
Drive problem-solving initiatives and collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency
What You Bring to the Team:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
✔ 2-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain
✔ Strong SAP experience (or similar ERP systems)
✔ Excellent communication skills – ability to build relationships & collaborate effectively
✔ High-level attention to detail & problem-solving skills
✔ Proficiency in logistics systems, EDI, and customer portal management
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and proactive
✔ Strong teamwork and leadership mindset to drive continuous improvement
