We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Recruiting Director to lead our talent acquisition efforts as part of the Distribution team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top sales talent, developing effective recruitment strategies, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple Sales EVP level relationships.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top sales talent.
- Lead and manage the sales recruiting team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive candidate experience and promote the company’s employer brand.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales recruiting.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $193,800 to $281,100. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
