Get Engaged Media is looking for a Marketing professional with 2-5 years of experience in Account Management to join our Celebrity and Partnerships Marketing team. Preferably, this person has a track record of success in client-facing communications and talent relations, with a flexible and creative forward-thinking approach.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Leading client communications, managing all timelines, and distributing important information to key team members.
- Creating clear KPIs for each talent marketing project, allocating resources, tracking performance, managing budgets, and re-allocating / strategizing as needed to achieve success.
- Managing data tracking and content capturing; keeping internal / external trackers consistent and up to date.
- Managing talent relationships within Get Engaged Media's network and ensuring that appropriate rates are contracted to create compelling content that fits the client's needs.
- Working cross-departmentally with digital brand management, graphic designers, social media, and content teams to implement marketing campaigns and experiential activations.
- Listening to, identifying, and understanding the needs and asks of the client with a goal of delivering mutually beneficial solutions.
- Analyzing past campaigns and conducting competitive research to make recommendations based on key learnings and current marketing trends.
