Get Engaged Media is looking for an Influencer Network Manager with 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing to join our team. This manager will be an expert in identifying, evaluating, and engaging influencers across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Twitter / X and other key social platforms. This role requires an understanding of emerging trends, cultural moments, and the ever-evolving influencer landscape. This role will work alongside our influencer teams to assist in managing and expanding our influencer network.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Monitor social platforms, primarily Instagram and TikTok, to stay up to date on trending influencers and emerging creatorsAnalyze creator metrics to recommend influencers who drive impactCollaborate with influencer teams to negotiate competitive and fair rates for influencer partnershipsMaintain an understanding of pop culture, industry trends, and major events that shape online conversationSource new influencer / social platform leads and manage current relationships with influencers within our internal networkPresent to management / staff on influencer marketing best practices, campaign creation, campaign management, and reportingProvide insights to influencer teams that could help with campaign execution and amplificationAssist the influencer teams in creating one-sheets with recommended influencers and media pagesCollaborate with influencer teams to use Influencer Campaign Management software for tracking campaign performance, metrics, and ROI to present to clientsEnsure that Campaign Management software is utilized to its fullest potentialManage data tracking and report on key metrics, analyzing the success of our campaignsPerform audits on past campaign performanceQualifications : 3 years experience in influencer marketingIn depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, & Twitter / XAnalytical skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasksKnowledgeable of all major social media platformsKnowledge of digital marketing KPIsExperience with Creator IQ / Influencer Marketing Campaign Management SoftwareLocation : Atlanta, GA (preferred)
