What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Manager - Brands Job at Get Engaged in Atlanta position at Get Engaged?

Get Engaged is a leading full-service marketing agency with a focus in social media and

influencer marketing. We are looking to hire a Social Media Account Manager with 2-3 years

agency experience who will develop and implement ,digital strategies as well as assist in

the content ideation and creation process for a variety of category-leading brands.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to :

Develop platform strategies specific to clients' unique needs
Utilize social listening tools and native platform features to inform ongoing content and to

capitalize on real-time trends

Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new technologies, and loop in creative, brand

management, and client teams as necessary

Proactively search for relevant engagement opportunities for brands, and communicate

with online communities in a timely manner

Assist in development of innovative content and activations that contribute to brand

growth and help to reach client and agency goals

Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations in order to establish our

clients as leaders in their industries

Preferred Qualifications :

Proven experience in social media management with a particular focus on the following

platforms : Instagram

TikTok

Facebook

Hands-on experience in content creation efforts

Excellent copywriting skills

Exceptional organizational skills; this role will require the ability to oversee and

coordinate efforts between various departments in order to execute campaign asks

At least one year of client-facing communication experience

Experience pulling and analyzing social media platform metrics in order to build tactical

recommendations

Desire to push Get Engaged and our clients to unique, and at times uncomfortable, new

whitespaces

Job Type : Full-Time

Education : Bachelor's (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
