Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Director of Production role at Get Flooring, located in the Greater Chicago Area with the flexibility of some work from home. The Director of Production will oversee and coordinate 3 departments day-to-day, including estimation, budgeting, procurement of materials, installations in such a way to increase the amount of flawless services to the clients.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Project Control
- Experience in Estimation, Budgeting and materials procurement
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make decisions quickly
- Knowledge of construction regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
