The Human Resource Business Partner is a part of the Landrum Workforce Management (WFM) Team. The Site HR Leader maintains a healthy, working relationship with client and its staff. Oversees all Landrum employees currently working at client location and manages all Key Performance Indicators for Landrum employees, such as fill rate, on-time fill rate, retention ratio, reasons for turnover, absenteeism and safety incident rate. Makes decisions in conjunction with client’s management team on staffing needs and workforce management.
WHAT DOES THE SITE HR LEADER DO?
Oversees the implementation and execution of Landrum’s employee engagement & retention strategies. Manages turnover, understanding root causes as to why and when turnover occurs.
Works in tandem with site recruiting resources to coordinate the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees to be able to meet the client’s labor forecasts.
Conducts a comprehensive new hire orientation / onboarding program for all new Landrum employees.
Provides reporting on all Key Performance Indicators and develops action plans to improve underperforming areas including overall order fulfillment, turnover and safety metrics.
Assists Site Performance Leader preparing and developing monthly Scorecard presentation for client and participates in the delivery of HR-related information in those meetings.
Uses Landrum’s ATS system in a proficient manner. Utilizes this system to input job orders and assignments, to close out assignments and to document employee matters like coaching, counseling attendance, performance, safety and reasons for termination.
Use texting and other software programs proficiently to facilitate employee communication, engagement workflows and retention activities. Tracking results, identify trends and suggest improvements in all areas of responsibility.
Adhere to safe work practices, instructions and rules and use best efforts to take reasonable care of the health and safety of others at the workplace.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree (BS) or equivalent from a four-year college preferred
2-4 Years Experience in an Industrial HR role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
