We are seeking a friendly and professional server to join our team at our fresh seafood restaurant in Hudson, Florida. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and seat them at their tables
- Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and assist with keeping the kitchen organized
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remember orders accurately
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
