Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive remote assessments and evaluations using advanced teletherapy tools to identify students’ speech and language needs.
- Design and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each student's unique communication goals.
- Foster effective collaboration with parents, educators, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and monitor student progress.
- Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions, including detailed progress notes and reports, to track improvements and ensure adherence to educational standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in working with children in school or clinical settings, especially in a remote capacity, is a plus.
