Compensation And Benefits

This role is structured as a 1099 contracted position for the current school year, with the potential for renewal for the 2025⁄2026 school year. The compensation includes:

• A competitive and negotiable hourly rate based on experience, typically ranging from \(30 to \)40 per hour.
• Payment for all hours worked, encompassing both direct instruction and indirect responsibilities such as planning or meetings.
