Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide students, acting as a positive role model while ensuring their safety and adherence to conduct guidelines.
- Provide academic support by tracking attendance, preparing educational materials, and liaising with students and agents regarding placement assessments.
- Assist with planning and executing excursions, ensuring smooth logistics and addressing any arising challenges.
- Oversee mealtimes, maintaining a respectful dining environment and coordinating with cafeteria staff.
- Support arrival and departure logistics, including paperwork, ID issuance, and room assignments.
- Engage in administrative tasks to facilitate camp operations, including maintaining communication with stakeholders and documenting activities through photos and videos.
- Participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions, providing emergency support as necessary.
- Native proficiency in English.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
- Current enrollment in an accredited U.S. university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
