Job Overview

We are seeking a committed and innovative Assistant Director of Education to join our team in a remote capacity. This pivotal role is essential in delivering outstanding educational experiences for our students. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly classes in digital art, drawing, painting, and mixed media for diverse age groups including children, teenagers, and adults.
• Monitor student progress, document achievements, and highlight student artwork.
• Establish and maintain efficient art studio management practices to ensure seamless class operations.
• Supervise ordering and organization of art supplies, ensuring budget adherence for each course.
• Manage the digital lab, ensuring it is equipped with the latest software and technology.
• Track and report on financial aspects related to wages and art supplies.
• Engage with potential students and their families to ensure their needs are met and they are enrolled in our programs.
• Formulate and implement strategies to enhance student retention.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with students and parents to foster a positive experience.
• Assist in the formulation and execution of local marketing efforts, including events and partnerships to increase brand awareness.
• Develop creative strategies to improve the student experience and address any emerging issues.
• Partner with local organizations to showcase student artwork and promote the institution’s brand.

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from \(50,000 to \)60,000, with potential for bonuses.
