Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly classes in digital art, drawing, painting, and mixed media for diverse age groups including children, teenagers, and adults.
- Monitor student progress, document achievements, and highlight student artwork.
- Establish and maintain efficient art studio management practices to ensure seamless class operations.
- Supervise ordering and organization of art supplies, ensuring budget adherence for each course.
- Manage the digital lab, ensuring it is equipped with the latest software and technology.
- Track and report on financial aspects related to wages and art supplies.
- Engage with potential students and their families to ensure their needs are met and they are enrolled in our programs.
- Formulate and implement strategies to enhance student retention.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with students and parents to foster a positive experience.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of local marketing efforts, including events and partnerships to increase brand awareness.
