- Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory organizations as required.
- Offer academic and professional guidance to students in undergraduate programs, promoting their success.

- A Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Connecticut teacher certification in early childhood or special education is necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with a diverse array of faculty, staff, and students from various cultural, linguistic, and ethnic backgrounds.
- Strong proficiency in written and oral communication, along with competency in common software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- A Ph.D. in a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience in early childhood education, special education, or human development at the college level.
- Familiarity with Professional Standards and Competencies for Early Childhood Educators.
