Key Responsibilities
- Course Development: Utilize tools such as Adobe Audition and Articulate Storyline to:
- Synchronize audio with visual components.
- Create and tailor course layouts to provide an engaging learning experience.
- Edit and refine course content to uphold high standards of quality.
- Publish and distribute eLearning courses and other digital resources.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with voice-over talent, content development teams, external subject matter experts (SMEs), and fellow eLearning professionals to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Execute comprehensive testing to confirm that courses adhere to both technical and content specifications, identifying and resolving any issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Problem-Solving: Address minor technical or design challenges, proactively communicating issues along with proposed solutions to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Time Management: Meet project deadlines while balancing multiple assignments, adapting to changing priorities and working efficiently in a dynamic setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in eLearning development, digital content creation, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- A strong eagerness to learn and develop in the digital media realm.
- Familiarity with Articulate 360 (preferred) and experience using audio editing tools (such as WavePad, Audacity, Adobe Audition) is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong technical aptitude with the capacity to independently troubleshoot and resolve technology or content-related issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple tasks and shifting deadlines.
