Job Overview: We are in search of a motivated and skilled Barber Instructor who is eager to share their knowledge and expertise with aspiring barbers. In this pivotal role, you will guide students as they refine their skills in the barbering field and help shape the future of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide instruction, mentorship, and encouragement to students in both classroom and practical clinic environments, utilizing an approved curriculum.
• Prepare students for the State Board exam, ensuring full compliance with State Board regulations and educational standards.
• Engage in various administrative responsibilities, including participation in faculty meetings, maintaining precise records for student grades and attendance, and offering support and guidance to students as needed.
  
  

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Barber license in accordance with State regulations.
• Active Instructor license.
• 3-5 years of experience as a practicing Barber.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but is not mandatory.
