- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring clarity and precision in all course materials.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with online learning platforms like Zoom is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to engage participants through interactive and innovative teaching methods.
- A Master's degree is required; a PhD is preferred.
- Proven track record of expertise in Caribbean studies, supported by teaching experience, published works, media engagements, or other professional accolades.
- Experience with online course delivery is advantageous.
