Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during each instructional session.
- Prepare and organize necessary equipment to facilitate effective courses.
- Deliver clear, engaging, and high-quality instruction tailored to small groups (4-12 students).
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide necessary care when required.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with management and facility operators regarding course logistics.
- Manage inventory, cleaning, and restocking of instructional equipment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage diverse learners.
- Proficiency in utilizing online platforms for course record management.
- Strong organizational skills for equipment management and course preparation.
- Capability to handle emergencies with care and professionalism.
- High School Diploma.
- Valid American Red Cross Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED (or equivalent from the American Heart Association).
- CPR, First Aid, AED Instructor Certification or higher (or equivalent from the American Heart Association).
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours.
