Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate CPR training sessions for both individual participants and groups, ensuring a thorough understanding of techniques and emergency procedures.
• Create, revise, and enhance training materials to ensure compliance with the latest CPR guidelines and industry standards.
• Deliver constructive feedback and personalized guidance to participants to help them achieve competency in CPR skills.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest enhancements for improved learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and healthcare professionals to ensure training initiatives meet community needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of training attendance, participant performance, and session evaluations.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in CPR practices and incorporate new knowledge into training sessions.
  
  

Required Skills

• Valid certification as a CPR Instructor from a recognized entity, such as the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of instructing individuals from varied backgrounds and experience levels.
• Profound knowledge of current CPR protocols, with the skill to effectively convey this information in practical training settings.
• Proven experience in adult learning methodologies and a track record of designing impactful training solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in record maintenance.

Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of \(60,000 to \)65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Our flexible work arrangements cater to both Hawaii-based and remote candidates operating in Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
