- Developing and enhancing training materials in alignment with the latest CPR guidelines and best practices.
- Providing constructive feedback to participants to help them refine their skills effectively.
- Evaluating the impact of training sessions and proposing improvements to optimize participant outcomes.
- Collaborating with fellow trainers and healthcare experts to ensure the relevance and currency of our training programs.
- Staying updated with the latest research and advancements in CPR techniques to enrich your training sessions.
- Being available for travel across neighboring islands to conduct training sessions as required.
