We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Digital Ingestion Associate (Contractor) to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This pivotal role is designed to enhance the dissemination of our exceptional K-12 curricula nationwide. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that high-quality educational content reaches classrooms, thereby enriching the learning experience for both students and educators.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Team to adhere to precise documentation and onboarding protocols, facilitating the accurate editing and assessment of digital evaluations in Math and ELA content on partner platforms.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on the adaptation of materials from print to digital formats, ensuring compliance with our established standards.
• Guarantee that all digital content meets best practices for accessibility, promoting equitable access for a diverse student population.
• Execute updates or modifications to existing content as approved by the team.
• Develop and maintain an organized documentation system to efficiently coordinate tasks among remote teams.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of ingested content to ensure accuracy.
• Implement a thorough quality assurance process to confirm that content is correctly ingested and performs as intended.
• Engage in regular meetings with the project lead to discuss progress, milestones, and timelines, ensuring that project goals are achieved efficiently.
• Proactively identify and address any potential challenges with content ingestion or project timelines before they escalate.
  
  

Required Skills

• A preference for individuals with a background in educational technology.
• Demonstrated experience with digital publishing platforms such as WordPress, Google Classroom, or other content management systems with rich text editors.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with content or learning management systems.
• Familiarity and comfort with Math and English Language Arts (ELA) content along with an understanding of best practices in these subjects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in a virtual setting.
• Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing time and priorities efficiently in a remote context.
