Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with lead teachers to foster a stimulating and productive learning environment for students.
- Provide co-teaching support by assisting in lesson delivery and reinforcing concepts in both small group and individual settings.
- Engage with students to encourage focus, adherence to classroom routines, and the promotion of positive behavior.
- Assist in classroom management by upholding established rules and supporting the application of effective learning strategies.
- Maintain accurate student records and monitor their progress.
- Deliver individualized instruction through small group and one-on-one sessions, utilizing research-based interventions to meet students’ academic needs.
- Facilitate open communication between educators and families, contributing to team meetings and sharing insights on student advancement.

- Undertake various administrative tasks, including supervision during lunch/recess, arrival/dismissal routines, and general classroom organization.
- Strong ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.

- A minimum of 2 years of college education.
- Prior experience working with children in an educational setting.
