Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with lead teachers to create a conducive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Implement lesson plans and enhance student understanding through individualized and small group instruction.
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records of interventions to ensure successful academic outcomes.
- Support students in following school routines and guidelines, fostering positive scholarly behavior.
- Work collaboratively with special educators to provide tailored support and accommodations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining classroom records and participating in team meetings.
- Supervise student groups during transitions and assist in maintaining a safe and productive environment.

- Minimum of 2 years of college education.

- Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Cape Verdean Creole.
- Preferred: Familiarity with online teaching tools and educational technology.
