Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized and group instruction focused on critical areas such as pre-academic skills, sensory integration, self-help abilities, and social development.
- Design and execute customized educational plans that cater to the specific needs of each child.
- Create and manage thorough Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students on your caseload, ensuring they remain current and relevant.
- Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and specialized professionals to promote the holistic development and educational achievements of each child.
- Regularly assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methodologies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Engage in team discussions to evaluate student advancement, exchange insights, and establish educational objectives.

- MILD/MOD Certification is essential.
- Proven experience working with young children, especially in the realm of early childhood special education (birth to 3 years).

- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

- MILD/MOD Certification is mandatory.
- Experience in early childhood special education, particularly with children aged birth to 3 years.
- This is a W2 contracted position for the 2024-2025 academic year, with the possibility of contract renewal.
- Flexible scheduling arrangements available (including part-time and hybrid remote options).
- Competitive and negotiable hourly rate, reflective of experience, with a range of \(35 - \)45/hour.
