Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Program Team to broaden our educational offerings through both in-person and virtual formats.
- Provide assistance to schools in executing JA programs, tailored to their specific requirements, whether virtual or in-person.
- Conduct training and ongoing support for volunteers to ensure they deliver high-quality JA programs using diverse methodologies.
- Oversee and moderate program classes, ensuring effective delivery by volunteers or educators.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports related to program activities.
- Manage updates to program information within the CRM system.
- Support Program Directors in the recruitment of schools and volunteers.
- Aid in initiatives aimed at enhancing networking and brand awareness.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for Board and Committee meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to adapt to online work environments and virtual collaboration tools.
- Superior communication skills, including public speaking and presentation capabilities.
- Familiarity with lesson plans and curriculum design.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift light weights (25-50 pounds) and perform various physical tasks.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of one year of relevant business experience is preferred.
