Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audience analysis and change impact assessments in collaboration with stakeholders to determine the specific learning needs of different groups.
- Design and develop customized learning strategies that effectively address identified knowledge and skills gaps, ensuring alignment with the implementation of the Workday Time Tracking system.
- Establish methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and performance data analysis, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Create practical job aids and performance support resources that facilitate the integration of new processes and systems into employees’ daily tasks, specifically related to Workday Time Tracking.
- Perform regular change readiness assessments to evaluate the success of training initiatives, updating materials and plans based on feedback and evolving project demands.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a concentration on change management and enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Workday integrations is highly desirable, particularly with the Time Tracking module and system configurations.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration across diverse teams, including IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
- Strong expertise in instructional design and development, demonstrating the ability to create engaging learning solutions for large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a talent for simplifying complex information for varied audiences.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage the scope of learning projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
- Previous consulting experience, particularly in developing tailored training solutions for impactful projects, is preferred.
- Proficiency in creating microlearning content and infographics that present essential information in an engaging and easily digestible manner.
- Ability to connect business processes with technology effectively, helping users comprehend the value of HR systems like Workday to organizational performance.
- A bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
