Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audience analysis and change impact assessments with stakeholders to understand various audience needs.
- Develop customized learning strategies and comprehensive training plans tailored to user groups, particularly in relation to the Workday Time Tracking integration.
- Design and implement effective assessments to evaluate training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Create practical job aids and performance support materials that facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.
