Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate industry-standard techniques and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation, engagement, and growth.
• Offer hands-on guidance and support during practical training sessions, helping students perfect their techniques.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their personal and professional development.
• Address diverse learning needs to ensure equitable opportunities for all students.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and innovations to maintain an up-to-date curriculum.
• Ensure the classroom and practical areas are organized, safe, and conducive to learning.
• Serve as a mentor, inspiring students on their journey to becoming skilled professionals in nail technology.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of manicure techniques, nail care principles, and current industry trends.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.
• Possession of a valid manicurist or cosmetology license in good standing, along with an Instructor license.
• A minimum of one year of practical experience in manicuring is required; teaching or instructional experience in cosmetology is highly desirable.
