Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our remote team, delivering essential therapy services to K-12 students in New Mexico. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote occupational therapy services, including evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring.
• Create and implement customized therapy plans to cater to each student's unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to seamlessly incorporate therapy objectives into students' educational and daily activities.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct engaging therapy sessions, ensuring effective interaction with students.
• Regularly assess student progress, modifying therapy plans as needed to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of therapy sessions, student progress, and treatment outcomes.
• Provide guidance and strategies to teachers and parents to enhance students' functional abilities and participation in daily activities.

Required Skills

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in New Mexico.
• Strong understanding of K-12 educational processes and effective therapy practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills necessary for effective collaboration with students, teachers, and parents.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications
