Remote Part-time Algebra Test Prep Coach | WFH

Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Part-Time Algebra Test Prep Coach to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for dedicated individuals who are eager to empower students to achieve their academic goals in mathematics. As a key member of our educational team, you will provide virtual coaching and support for students preparing for various standardized math examinations, including the Algebra End-of-Course (EOC) exam, as well as the ACT, SAT, and CLT.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly virtual test preparation sessions focusing on the Algebra EOC, ACT, SAT, and CLT assessments.
• Deliver targeted instruction aimed at enhancing students’ understanding of algebraic concepts and developing their problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate closely with Grade Coaches to monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Share effective test-taking strategies, practice exercises, and relevant materials that align with standardized exam requirements.
• Create engaging and interactive lessons that foster student confidence and promote academic success.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant teaching experience.
• An active Grades 6-12 Math credential in the state of Florida is required.
• A clear state and federal criminal history background check is mandatory.
