Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily lesson plans consistent with Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards, ensuring curriculum-based, age-appropriate instruction.
- Cultivate a nurturing and positive online classroom atmosphere that inspires independence, creativity, and respect, while facilitating experiential learning.
- Engage students in child-centered activities aimed at enhancing problem-solving skills and laying a foundation for lifelong learning.
- Observe and document each child’s progress, tailoring individual goals to support their overall development.
- Facilitate individual and small group activities focused on listening and spoken language skills.
- Collaborate with families through regular communication, fostering their active involvement in their child’s educational journey.
- Partner with speech-language pathologists and other professionals to optimize student outcomes.
- Mentor Classroom Teacher Assistants to ensure the safety and educational growth of students.
