Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed about industry trends and identify technological gaps within Michigan manufacturers.
- Continuously update your knowledge of advancements in relevant fields.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
- Identify and pursue market opportunities to foster business growth.
- Lead projects, providing coaching and facilitation to both executive stakeholders and shop-floor teams.
- Support sales initiatives by creating compelling presentations and strategies that attract new business and enhance existing relationships.
- Evaluate client operations and deliver practical, actionable recommendations to elevate performance.
- Utilize business strategy concepts such as strategic planning, lean manufacturing, and quality management to guide manufacturers towards operational excellence.
- Extensive knowledge of Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and core quality management tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC.
- Proven coaching and facilitation capabilities at both executive and operational levels.
- Strong project management skills and experience in developing innovative service offerings.
- Proficiency with software tools such as Visio, 3D CAD/CAM, and ERP systems.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite and cloud applications.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management roles within the manufacturing sector.
- Lead assessor certification for any Quality Management System (QMS) is required.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is preferred.
- Experience leading Six Sigma projects in both manufacturing and office environments is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple service delivery projects independently.
