Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed about industry trends and pinpoint technology gaps within Michigan manufacturers.
- Remain current with the latest advancements in your field of expertise.
- Create and deliver compelling training sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to stimulate business growth.
- Lead projects, providing coaching and facilitation at both executive and shop-floor levels.
- Offer sales support through the development of innovative presentations and strategies to acquire new business and reinforce relationships.
- Evaluate client operations and deliver practical, actionable solutions to enhance performance.
- Apply business strategy concepts, including strategic planning, lean manufacturing, and quality management, to assist manufacturers in achieving operational excellence.
- Expertise in core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and problem-solving methodologies (8D and A3).
- Proficiency in ISO quality management systems and certification requirements.
- Strong project management capabilities with a history of developing new service offerings.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite and various cloud applications.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Visio, 3D CAD/CAM, and ERP systems.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management roles within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience leading Six Sigma projects in manufacturing and office environments.
- Lead assessor certification for any Quality Management System (QMS) is preferred.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt credentials are highly desirable.
- Certification from ASME or GD&T is advantageous.
