- Design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the specific needs of each student.
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress and modify instructional approaches to facilitate continued advancement and success.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and areas needing improvement.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights to the planning process and goal-setting for students.
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs).

- Availability to commit to 37.5 hours per week during the 2024-2025 academic year.
