Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and engaging remote instruction tailored to the unique needs of high school students with special education requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect the diverse learning goals of each student.
- Modify teaching strategies, instructional materials, and assessments to suit varied learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, support staff, and school administrators to cultivate an inclusive and supportive educational community.
- Continuously assess and track student progress, making timely instructional adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.
- Skillfully utilize virtual learning and teletherapy platforms to provide high-quality educational experiences.

- Strong command of high school curricula, special education processes, and IEP formulation.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

- Capability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and maintain an engaging virtual classroom environment.
- Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid Special Education certification or teaching license.
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching high school students with special education needs (preferred).
