Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized lesson plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.

- Provide direct educational services that align with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
- Collaborate effectively with families, colleagues, and other professionals to foster academic and social-emotional success for students.
- Participate in virtual meetings and contribute actively to the development and ongoing review of IEPs.
- Cultivate a positive and interactive online classroom atmosphere that motivates student engagement and growth.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with students, families, and staff.

- Knowledge of IEP goals and related assessment practices.

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
- Certification in Special Education (Ohio).
- Successful completion of a background check.
