- Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
- Deliver engaging and research-based instruction in an interactive online format, accommodating a variety of learning styles and needs.
- Collaborate effectively with general education instructors, paraprofessionals, and support staff to devise and implement successful learning strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of student progress, assessments, and compliance documentation.
