Key Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention services in alignment with established professional standards and best practices.
• Create stimulating learning environments and activities that encourage the developmental, cognitive, and social growth of infants and toddlers.
• Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to seamlessly integrate learning into daily routines.
• Provide resources and support to families, empowering them to actively engage in their child’s development.
• Model effective strategies to enhance the educational environments of families.
• Comply with all federal, state, and county regulations pertaining to early intervention services.
• Actively participate in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings, contributing to goal-setting and progress monitoring.
• Organize and design instructional plans to optimize each child’s learning and developmental trajectory.
• Implement curricula that align with IFSP goals tailored to meet the individual needs of each child.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of services and progress, adhering to county policies and IFSP guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in early intervention, early childhood education, special education, child development, or family studies.
• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with infants, toddlers, and children with developmental delays in the Philadelphia area.
• Completion of all state-mandated competencies.
• Successful completion of relevant Early Intervention (EI) training programs.
• Possession of a valid MA number.
