Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication capabilities.
- Design individualized therapy plans that cater to each student's unique needs and aspirations.
- Deliver direct therapy services, concentrating on areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to seamlessly incorporate therapy goals into academic settings.
- Employ evidence-based methodologies and engaging activities to foster speech and language development.
- Monitor student progress, modify therapy plans as necessary, and maintain accurate documentation of sessions and evaluations.

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in providing speech-language therapy within a school or pediatric context.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with students, parents, and educators.
