Key Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with families to enhance community engagement.
- Strategically work to achieve 100% enrollment by the First Day of School (FDOS).
- Implement targeted recruitment initiatives focused on local families with school-aged children.
- Manage enrollment territories by identifying key recruitment areas and establishing a strong presence through partnerships.
- Position the academy as a preferred educational choice in the community while nurturing partnerships for ongoing engagement.
- Act as a brand ambassador, increasingly familiarizing families with the academy’s programs and offerings.
- Conduct community outreach through presentations at local organizations such as daycares and community centers.
- Participate in direct outreach efforts, including neighborhood walks and door-to-door initiatives near the school.
- Organize and host enrollment events to provide essential information to prospective families.
- Facilitate a seamless application process for parents, ensuring high-quality submissions and support throughout.
- Monitor the quality of applications and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records and provide frequent updates on enrollment milestones.
- Collaborate with current families to achieve a 90% re-enrollment rate through effective management of the re-registration process and timely follow-ups.
- Welcome new families by providing ongoing communication and invitations to tours or open houses.
- Collaborate with campus staff to host recruitment and engagement events, strengthening relationships with new families.
- Effectively manage your time and report regularly to the Chief Enrollment Officer and National Director of Scholar Enrollment about progress and challenges.
- Provide timely updates to campus leadership concerning enrollment activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with families and address their educational inquiries.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships within the community.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in recruitment strategies and community engagement efforts.
- Competence in monitoring and tracking enrollment metrics.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
- In-depth understanding of the local community’s needs.
- High school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or business development, particularly in remote or virtual settings.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
