Key Responsibilities
- Review and create accurate, up-to-date curriculum content using the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology.
- Research, design, and author instructional materials, incorporating diverse technologies to enrich course offerings.
- Guide the course design process, ensuring adherence to effective instructional design principles.
- Develop training sessions and programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
- Review, revise, and update training materials, integrating best practices and various instructional methods.
- Create and implement assessments to evaluate training requirements and measure training effectiveness.
- Identify and employ optimal instructional design techniques to foster learner engagement and retention.
- Ensure training content is accurate, current, and in compliance with organizational branding and procedures.
- Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities.
