Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent accountability and motivation to students on a weekly basis.
• Tailor learning experiences and resources to accommodate the diverse needs of each student.
• Maintain regular communication with parents via email, offering support and guidance.
• Facilitate synchronous group sessions with both large and small student groups.
• Design engaging and interactive lessons to captivate students' interest.
• Mentor students in specific courses, providing essential support and direction.
• Tutor students to assist them in overcoming academic challenges.
• Identify at-risk students and collaborate with the team to devise intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, offering expertise and support as necessary.
  
  

Required Skills

• Active teaching certification.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong commitment to personalized learning and recognizing the unique potential of every student.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong organizational skills and a patient, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficient with Google applications (email, calendars, documents, sheets, forms, etc.).
• Comfortable navigating online tools, systems, and programs.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam.
• Availability for 15-20 hours weekly, including some responsibilities during core business hours (10am - 3pm MT).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (with the ability to work remotely in approved locations).
• Experience in non-traditional education programs is an advantage.
