Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging online ESL lessons tailored to meet the needs of students in grades K-12.
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress in English language acquisition, providing constructive feedback and making instructional adjustments as necessary.
- Develop individualized learning plans that cater to each student's specific proficiency level and learning requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of each student's progress, achievements, and areas requiring growth.
- Collaborate virtually with classroom teachers and other educational support staff to integrate language development into the students’ overall educational experience.
- Communicate effectively with students’ families, offering regular updates on their progress and setting actionable goals for continued improvement.
- Engage in online professional development opportunities and participate in team meetings to continuously refine your teaching practice.
