Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging training programs tailored to the unique needs of various departments and employees at all levels, including leadership, technical skills, and compliance.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to design a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives and continuously assesses learning needs.
- Create and update diverse learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training content, and job aids, ensuring relevance and accessibility.
- Deliver dynamic training sessions utilizing various formats such as virtual classrooms, workshops, and webinars to enhance knowledge retention and skill application.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and metrics, applying this data to refine the learning experience.
- Manage the selection and administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other technologies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- P&C License is required.
- CPCU or CIC certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the Commercial Insurance sector.
