Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and client-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to become an integral part of our organization. In this vital role, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, managing policy renewals, processing endorsements, assisting with claims, and delivering outstanding service to individual insurance clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a diverse portfolio of personal insurance clients, promptly addressing inquiries related to policies, coverage options, billing, and claims with professionalism.
  • Proactively oversee the renewal process by reviewing clients' coverage needs, obtaining quotes, and presenting tailored renewal proposals.
  • Efficiently process policy modifications, including endorsements, cancellations, and new submissions through the EPIC management system.
  • Support clients during the claims process, offering expert guidance and facilitating communication with insurance carriers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing client policies to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions for comprehensive protection.
  • Utilize the EPIC system for effective account management, documentation of interactions, task tracking, and maintaining organized records.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure favorable terms and coverage options for clients.
  • Work closely with producers, underwriters, and team members to ensure the seamless management of client accounts and delivery of exceptional service.
  • Remain informed on industry regulations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in the EPIC agency management system.
  • Strong understanding of personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license is essential.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management is required.
  • A solid understanding of personal insurance products and services is necessary.
