- Proactively oversee the renewal process by reviewing clients' coverage needs, obtaining quotes, and presenting tailored renewal proposals.
- Efficiently process policy modifications, including endorsements, cancellations, and new submissions through the EPIC management system.

- Conduct regular reviews of existing client policies to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions for comprehensive protection.
- Utilize the EPIC system for effective account management, documentation of interactions, task tracking, and maintaining organized records.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure favorable terms and coverage options for clients.
- Work closely with producers, underwriters, and team members to ensure the seamless management of client accounts and delivery of exceptional service.
- Remain informed on industry regulations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Proficiency in the EPIC agency management system.
- Strong understanding of personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management is required.
- A solid understanding of personal insurance products and services is necessary.
