Key Responsibilities

In your role as Assistant General Manager, you will be essential in overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations and nurturing a collaborative atmosphere focused on exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and mentor your team to foster a culture of enthusiasm and support while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

  • Operational Management: Assist in streamlining daily operations, which encompasses inventory management, employee scheduling, and expense oversight.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Recruit, onboard, and cultivate team members, recognizing high achievers for advancement opportunities.
  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards following company protocols and local guidelines.
  • Labor Management: Participate in shift scheduling and maintaining labor costs aligned with restaurant requirements.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of leadership or managerial experience.
  • Prior experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is preferred.
  • Availability to work approximately 45 hours per week across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for occasional driving duties.
