Associate Director - Application Services Lead for Veeva Platform

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Veeva Platform - Application Services Lead. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a principal architect and product owner for Veeva Platform Services, focusing on technology architecture, design, best practices, demand prioritization, and the comprehensive delivery of solutions for enterprise-scale projects. Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of their requirements while utilizing Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of Veeva Platform solution delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and substantial value.
• Provide technical expertise in architecture and design, collaborating with functional stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop and present strategic proposals to senior management that influence investment decisions for the Veeva Platform and contribute to long-term technology roadmaps.
• Mentor and develop your team, manage talent acquisition, and promote a high-performance culture.
• Assess and prioritize project demands based on business value and ROI, escalating budget and resource needs as necessary.
• Navigate complex situations in change management, fostering collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
• Act as a Product Owner, gathering stakeholder feedback and leading solution delivery aligned with Agile/SAFe principles.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in application services development, delivery, and stakeholder management, preferably with the Veeva Platform or similar domains.
• At least 6 years of experience in IT project management, system enhancements, support, consulting, or product management.
• Demonstrated success in leading IT operations and implementation projects.
• In-depth understanding of Life Sciences business processes, particularly within Clinical, Safety, Regulatory, or Quality Veeva Vaults.
• Proficiency in software implementation methodologies.
• Strong ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory impacts, such as GxP and SOX, on data and processes within the Life Sciences sector.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• A solid understanding of regulatory implications on data and processes in the Life Sciences industry.
