- Create, implement, and supervise individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions, focusing on skill acquisition, social training, and crisis de-escalation techniques.

- Train staff in crisis management and methods to minimize restraint occurrences.
- Engage with committees such as the Behavior Intervention Committee and Human Rights Committee.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and organizational standards.
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is essential.
- Education: A Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in data management and computer operations, ensuring precise record-keeping.
