- Supervise the Risk Manager and Compliance department, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee annual risk assessments, compliance management, and equitable lending practices.
- Serve as a liaison with regulatory authorities, consultants, and auditors.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party risk management strategies.
- Provide leadership to project managers, ensuring optimal management of project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local banking laws and regulations.

- Manage foreclosure proceedings and loss mitigation efforts while reporting recovery metrics.
